In Network Insurance

The Centre uses HEADWAY to manage billing and administrative work so we can place all of our focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for client. The following insurance is accepted:

• Aetna

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Indiana

• Cigna

Out of Network and Private Pay

We do not provide Out of Network services but will provide you with a monthly Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement dependent on your policy.

Cost of Services

• Individual Therapy (55 minutes) - $130.00

• Group Therapy (55 minutes) - $25.00/per person

*Clients are responsible for informing The Centre about any changes in insurance or updates to your account. Clients are also responsible for understanding their own individual insurance policies.
